Our Approach

Our Approach

Our Approach

The branding direction focused on creating an identity that feels approachable, practical, and easy to remember. Since Wasil was introducing a needed delivery service to Akkar, the brand had to communicate trust, speed, and local relevance from the start. The UX/UI direction focused on making the delivery experience simple and mobile-first. We structured the app around clear user flows, straightforward navigation, and familiar interaction patterns so users could understand how to use the service without confusion. UX localization played an important role in shaping the experience for the Lebanese market. The app needed to reflect how people in Akkar interact with local services, how they expect delivery to work, and how a new digital service can build trust with the community. Prototyping helped bring the app journey to life before development, making it easier to test the logic of the experience, review key interactions, and refine the flow of the product.
